Another beautiful day in Southern California yesterday took me to Rancho Palos Verdes. I was greeted by stunning views and postcard worthy sights. It was nice to pause and take in the beauty as well as the warm glow of the perfect sunset.
Finding balance is important in life. We hear it time and time again. Taking a "pause, to look", as I like to call it, feeds my creativity, health, and ability to smile, even through the challenges in life. Taking time out to enjoy quality time with yourself, others, nature, or anything else that makes you happy and at peace, is the perfect way to honor the important things in life. Mind. Body. Spirit.
